I received an email stating there are new functions available on the Kiosk/iPad/Parent App but I cannot access them. Why can’t I see them?

When we have new releases the Kiosk/iPad/Parent App will need to be updated. It is best if you have
your equipment set up to auto update. Please refer to your equipment’s user guide to adjust your
settings to auto update.
