In order for you to run the FTE report with data, you will have to set up parameters in your center. These parameters must be set up using custom fields.
You will have to set up two custom fields for the FTE report. These fields must be set up exactly as follows to allow the report to pull the information.
Once these fields have been set up, you will find the custom fields on the child’s profile and you can add the FTE number and the child’s program to their profile. This will allow the program to pull the information to populate the FTE report.
- From My Center, go to Custom Fields (depending on your screen size, you may find this under the Center Information drop down)
- Click on Child
- Click on the three dots at the upper right corner
- Click Add new custom field
